1. Order Processing
Each order is processed once payment has been successfully received.

Ready-to-Ship Items: Typically processed within 2-4 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and another with tracking details once it ships.
Please note: Processing times do not include weekends, holidays, or shipping transit time.
2. Shipping Methods & Carriers
We partner with reputable international carriers such as DHL Express and FedEx to ensure secure and timely delivery.
All orders include tracking and may require a signature upon delivery for security.

4. Shipping Costs
We offer free worldwide shipping on all our orders. Please see our FAQ for more details.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For United States and Canada import duties and taxes are included. Sales tax will be calculated at check-out. Please refer to our FAQ for more details on other countries.
6. Shipping Insurance
All orders are fully insured during transit for the declared value of the jewelry.
Once your order is delivered and signed for, responsibility transfers to the recipient.
We strongly recommend ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery.
If your parcel is lost or stolen in transit, please contact support@orysjewelry.com immediately. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier.
7. Delivery Confirmation
A tracking link will be provided via email once your order ships. You can monitor delivery status through the carrier’s website.
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package:

Check with neighbors or building staff, and confirm the delivery address.

Contact the courier directly for delivery confirmation.

Notify us within 2 days of your package being marked 'delivered'.
We will assist you in investigating the issue, but we are not responsible for orders reported missing beyond the stated timeframe.
8. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please ensure all shipping information is accurate before checkout.
We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If your order has not shipped yet, contact support@orysjewelry.com immediately to correct details.
If the package is returned due to an address error, reshipping fees may apply.
9. Pre-Orders & Production Delays
Some items may be offered as pre-orders or may require extended production time.
Estimated delivery dates will be noted on the product page.
We will notify you promptly if production or shipping delays occur beyond the stated timeframe.
10. Split Shipments
If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately based on availability or production schedules.
You will receive tracking details for each shipment.
11. Holiday Periods
During peak seasons (e.g., Christmas, Valentine’s Day), delivery times may be longer than usual.
We recommend placing orders early to ensure timely arrival.
