Every piece of jewelry we craft features lab diamonds grown in the United States and set in 14k recycled gold (white and yellow).
Please read this Returns & Refunds Policy carefully before placing an order. By purchasing from www.orysjewelry.com, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for eligible, non-custom items that meet the following conditions:

The item is unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

The item is returned within 30 days of delivery.

The item shows no signs of wear, alteration, or damage.

Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is provided.
If these conditions are not met, we reserve the right to deny the return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the handcrafted and custom nature of our jewelry, the following items are non-returnable:

Custom-made, bespoke, or engraved pieces

Special orders or modified designs

Gift cards or digital vouchers

Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)
Please confirm all details before finalizing a custom order, as production begins after payment confirmation.
3. Defective or Damaged Items
Each piece is carefully inspected before shipping.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact support@orysjewelry.com within 30 days of delivery.
Include your order number, photos of the product, and a brief description of the issue.
We will assess the claim and, if eligible, arrange for repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
Note: Damage resulting from misuse, improper handling, or wear and tear is not covered under this policy.
4. Return and Exchange Process
To request a return or exchange please follow the steps below:

Important: Exchanges and returns are always free. Customers do not have to pay for return shipping fees.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 (five) business days of receiving your returned piece.

Shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
If your refund is delayed, please check with your payment provider as processing times may vary.
6. Cancellations
For cancellations please contact support@orysjewelry.com with your order number and reason. Orders may be cancelled up to 24 hours after payment.
7. International Orders
We are pleased to serve customers in the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom.
Please note:

Return shipping for international orders must use a tracked and insured method.

Customs duties, VAT, and import fees are non-refundable.

If an item is refused at customs, the return shipping and duty costs will be deducted from the refund.
8. Warranty Disclaimer
All jewelry is guaranteed to feature lab-grown diamonds grown in the United States and to be crafted in Thailand using 14k recycled gold (white or yellow).
While we stand behind the quality of every piece, this policy does not cover:
